My First Big Trip

This past week I took my first big trip, airplane ride and all, up to Virginia Beach to visit my great grandmother and my great aunt, Carma Lee. My parents say I was an excellent travel companion. There was a big pink flower balloon waiting for me and I was most interested in batting at it. Not many people get to meet their great grandparents so I am thankful I got to meet mine. I also enjoyed meeting my great aunt - unfortunately I don't have a picture with her (bad job, mom and dad) but she was able to give me one of my bottles.

Mercedes Marathon

It is finished. I have completed my first marathon. Liz and Hattie were troopers to get out in the cold to cheer me on. They met us around mile 18 for some encouragement, and then at the finish, where Brad walked with Hattie across the finish line. Thank you everyone for your prayers & support!
